Ope, the staff was super friendly, and the room had a nice kitchenette! The location was quiet, and I could whip up some easy meals. Wish they'd clean the carpets, though—felt like I was walking through a sandpit! I’d come back for the convenience, don’tcha know?

The room came with a full-size refrigerator, stove, and sink, which worked great for our needs. Having a kitchenette made meal prep easy, especially since there were decent grocery options nearby. The staff members who assisted me during check-in and check-out were very pleasant and willing to help. However, the toilet did not function properly, necessitating some manual adjustments. The TV was positioned awkwardly and hard to view comfortably from the bed. The location made it convenient for visiting the nearby attractions, although I faced some issues with the misleading listing about the actual area, as the hotel isn't located in Lemont. I planned for a five-night stay but checked out after the first night because the lack of maintenance was noticeable. Still, I appreciated the warm room during cold weather. The environment could really benefit from some updates and a deep clean, especially the carpets.

Had a decent stay! The room was clean with a comfy recliner and a large fridge. A bit of a hassle getting kitchen supplies since they have to be requested, but Tracy at the front desk made everything easy. Overall, solid value for the price!

But, oh man, the carpet could use a serious shampoo sesh! My feet were dirtier than I expected—gotta love the vacuums, but a deep clean would really jazz things up. Thankfully, that didn’t overshadow the fun I had.

I had such a lovely stay with a spacious room featuring a comfortable king bed and a cozy sofa with a pullout option. The kitchenette was fully functional, allowing us to prepare meals with ease while enjoying ample counter space. The staff, especially Tracey, went above and beyond to make our extended stay after a home flood as enjoyable as possible.

The proximity to my event made this accommodation a convenient choice. The staff were accommodating, especially when they helped group my classmates together. However, the toilet functionality was subpar, requiring me to manually adjust it, and the television was awkwardly positioned for viewing. While the room itself was warm and comfortable, updating some amenities would enhance the experience.

We stayed in a Studio with 2 Double Beds, which was spacious enough for my family and had a nice kitchenette for quick meals. The hotel is conveniently located near great spots like Millennium Park, where we explored fun activities with our two children.

My children wished there were more kid-friendly options available.
